Good point. What I meant by that was simply she had many personality changes during those 5 episodes. ;D

Well, she was the most human character. She also went through the msot trauma, the most confusion, the most betrayal..

He's physically human, but he has no personality. He's less like a real human, more like a real jock.

As for anything else, I'm going to try finishing this half-gallon carton of eggnog. ;D

First of all, I'd like to express how much the poll options and description for the Terra section offends me. 1: Terra is like Godzilla: Final Wars. NOTHING in the fandom is more evenly divided between malice and adoration than either of them. 2: Terra is, in my personal opinion, more than "Kinda interesting". She's the most human character in the series. Terra made some mistakes, but she was intended to be a sympathetic character, and a hero. And she did a good job of conveying that. Yeah, she betrayed the titans for a little bit, but does anyone ever bother to delve into just why exactly she did that? Ok, from the start, Terra met Slade. She was DESPERATE at this point for control, and Slade gave it to her. Now she had never seen just what Slade was capable of, he seemed like a common thief to her, who knew something about control. Slade gave her control. Now that she had it, he wanted to know a few things about the Titans. Yeah, she knew he would use it against them in battle, probably to escape from them. She did NOT know he would try to destroy them, and when she found out, she turned on him and even tried to kill Slade for what she took to be treachery. Now, she felt obligated to give Slade something, that's what heroes do. Repay a kindess done unto them. Now, Beast Boy promised to be her friend no matter what, THEN dumped her and left her for naught the moment he found out. BB talks the talk, but lets face it, he was rubbing it far more into her face than he should've. Terra was BETRAYED by Beast boy. By the titans! Everything good in them she had seen was dashed to pieces. She was MAD! And she had every reason in the world to be at that! To her, they pretended to be her friend, then turned viciously on her. What's more, at no point did ANYONE admit their mistakes. They just expected her to stop because they said so. Personally, the Terra arc turned me against everyone BUT Terra for a while. Now, once she got her revenge, she calmed down. We can't think when we're enraged, it's a known fact. Once her thoughts caught up with her, she saw her mistakes. More than we can say for the Titans. She apologized, she turned on Slade, and she corrected every mistake she made. Murder? Please, we were never lead to belive she killed anyone but the Titans. Were were shown citizens fleeing from their homes, I don't think we were ever supposed to believe she killed anyone. She turned on Slade, made ammends with the titans and sacrificed herself to save them and their city, by God! If you can't forgive her for her mistakes and accept that she did what was best in the end, then I don't really wanna know you. (Yeah, that's a good way to start off....Mmmm, no, not really, I was here during the original TSS' embryonic stage) So yeah, Terra is a very interesting character. She's got a fun personality and it's one we see fully explored throughout the season. She's just a very perplexing story and is one of, if not my #1 my favorite Titan. 1. Final Wars was awesome. 2. Being traumatized does not excuse her actions. She can be forgiven in time, but first she must be punished. Turning against Slade was definately a good start though.

1: Yes it was, but only half the fandom agrees with me. 2: Her actions were justified. Now does that give her the right to do what she did? Of course not, but they were understandable, and her reasons for her actions, as well as her actions before after that event tell us she's a good person at heart and deserves forgiveness. Besides, she turned herself to stone to save the city and her friends, I think that's redemption enough, don't you?

2: Saving the city from oneself is a good start, but she should get over her insecurities by herself, or a counceler, not a evil phycopath. 3: I don't see how anybody with a 'good heart' can betray their best friends. And if she didn't know what she was doing, by telling Slade their weaknesses, and giving him acess codes to the tower, then she is also the stupidest character on the show.

2: Start? All she did was try to get revenge on a few people who wronged her and drove everyone out of the city! What do you want from her? 3: She probably didn't know Slade would attack them directly, just use the knowledge to keep them from capturing him. Yeah, she knew about the attack, that's why she took BB out. Now either it was a spurr of the moment deicison to only tell him, brought on by stress and confusion, or she just wasn't sure if she should tell the Titans at all, lest they turn on her for her mistake. And there IS such thing as a brain fart where you do something you'd otherwise know to be stupid. Happens all the time. Besides, she never betrayed her friends. She gave their enemies some info she didn't think would hurt very much. Her friends betrayed her.
Look at it this way. Crap happens, people make mistakes, and on top of that, Terra is a TEENAGER who has been on her OWN for most of her life! Cut her some slack, by God!

3. She took Beastboy away because of the attack. She then later on ended up very personnaly fighting and insulting all of the Titans. In the begining of Betrayal she was standing in the shadows and Slade said quote "Tonight we will strike." this means that either she knew what she was doing, or she sure has a hell of a lot of "Brain Farts".
And I don't cut slack, Im Razorback, you should know that by now.

But I think she has been punished enough. She has her whole identity taken away from her. She doesn't even know who she is. Not to mention she did save the city. She at least deserves credit for that.
